Episode 150 of The Smart Agents Podcast features Denver-based real estate professional and coach Sergio Nazzaro. After ending his military career, Sergio eventually found his way into real estate and earned Rookie Of The Year Status with 31 transactions.

However, as Segio was achieving such great business success, other aspects of his life were falling apart, culminating in a heart attack at 34. That wake-up call caused Sergio to take stock of what he wanted in life and set boundaries.

“I realized in that moment, I have to figure out a different way to do this. I have to figure out a way that is going to create some sustainability and some longevity that’s going to allow me to give to my clients at an elite level but not sacrifice my soul for it.”
