Episode 176 of The Smart Agents Podcast features Rhode Island-based Real Estate Broker Meg Hayden. Launching her real estate career in a brand new market with no sphere of influence and her first child on the way, Meg was determined to find success.

Turning to a more boots-on-the-ground approach, she began making a name for herself. From door knocking, cold-calling For Sale Buy Owners and holding as many open houses as possible, Meg was determined to connect with as many people as she could.
