Episode 44: New Agent Cold Calls His Way To Success

“Fear of rejection, I feel, hinders a lot of real estate agents because they don't want to put themselves out there. When in this business, that's  the number one thing you have to do — put yourself out there.”

With no sphere of influence to tap into, brand new agent William Patrick has had to rely on hitting the phone lines to prospect for leads.

“When I first started, I didn't have any business and I went full-time into it. I was making probably between 500 to 800 dials a day.”

“The worst thing they can do is say they're not interested. That's the worst thing.”

Just now a year into his career, William is seeing the payoff from all of his time working the phone.

“When 2021 hit, all those leads I had created in June to December period, those six months, a lot of them started cultivating and then kinda exploded.”
