Episode 49: Agent Shares Tips For Building A Brand On Social Media

"You can train yourself to see that everything has content. And if you really think about it, the questions that your clients are asking you, other people are probably going to ask.”

Episode 49 of The Smart Agents Podcast features our conversation with South Florida-based agent Lindsey Tronolone, who after years of managing her own online businesses decided to jump into the real estate industry in November of 2020. Drawing on her past experience, Lindsey is using social media to create a name for herself in her market.

“I'm top of mind, they're not scrolling on Google, they're scrolling on social media. So if you are constantly top of mind and you're providing that value and they can connect with you, they're always going to want to do business with you because you've captured their attention.”

From planning and creating engaging content to interacting with her followers, Lindsey shares her tips for beating the social media algorithms to generate more leads from her target audience.

“It doesn't have to be overwhelming. It doesn't have to be 16 pieces of content every week. Realistically, if you put out three to five great pieces of content every week, you're perfect.”
